Welcome to TicketHUB ZM (“the Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TicketHUB ZM (“we”, “our”, or “us”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- User: Anyone who accesses or uses the TicketHUB ZM platform, including buyers, event organizers, and administrators.
- Organizer: An individual or entity that creates, manages, and sells tickets for events using the Platform.
- Buyer: A user who purchases tickets to events listed on the Platform.
- Event: Any activity, function, or gathering for which tickets are issued via the Platform.
- Personal Data: Any information that can identify a user, including names, contact information, payment details, and user activity.
2. Use of the Platform
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the Platform.
- Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, ticket pricing, and timely communication with buyers.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and attending events on time.
3. Ticket Purchase & Delivery
- Tickets are purchased electronically via secure payment gateways.
- After payment, tickets are sent to the buyer via email, SMS, or through their TicketHUB account dashboard.
- Tickets are generally non-refundable unless specified by the Organizer.
4. Event Cancellations and Refunds
- If an event is cancelled, TicketHUB ZM will facilitate refunds where possible on behalf of the Organizer.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and Organizer’s refund policy.
5. Data Collection and Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used for purposes such as:
- Processing payments
- Delivering tickets
- Communicating event updates
- Improving user experience and platform security
We do not share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data may be stored on secure cloud services hosted in or outside Zambia with encryption and access control.
6. User Conduct
- Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
- Ticket resale or duplication is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Any abuse or manipulation of the ticketing system is grounds for termination of access.
7. Payment Processing and Fees
TicketHUB ZM uses secure third-party processors like Flutterwave to handle payments. Transaction fees are applied to ticket purchases and vary based on payment method:

Transaction charges are either deducted from the buyer or settled by the Organizer. Organizers may also incur international processing charges (typically 0.4%).
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and technology used by TicketHUB ZM are the property of the company or its licensors.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for event quality, changes in schedule, or disputes between buyers and organizers.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, event descriptions, or venue details.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved first through internal mediation and then through the appropriate courts if necessary.
