Pricing and fees

ticketHUB ZM keeps fees simple. Online payments are made by mobile money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel) through our payment partner pawaPay.

Fees

Free to list your event. No monthly fee. ticketHUB only earns when you sell a paid ticket, at a rate agreed with the ticketHUB admin before sales start.

The booking fee is always shown to the Buyer before payment, and the agreed commission is shown to the Organizer on their dashboard and on every payout.

The booking fee never comes out of the Organizer’s money. It is added on top for the Buyer, only when it is switched on.

Payouts

Organizers request a payout for each event date from their dashboard, to mobile money or a bank account.
The payout is the online ticket sales minus the agreed commission. Money taken at points of sale is already with the Organizer.
We aim to pay within 7 working days of the request. Large payouts may take longer, as mobile money settlement through pawaPay can take a week or more.

Your mobile network may charge its own fees on mobile money transactions. These are outside ticketHUB’s control.
