Pricing and Fees
TicketHUB ZM uses Flutterwave, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to process all online transactions. This ensures that both event organizers and attendees benefit from reliable and secure payment services. Transaction fees apply depending on the selected payment method and whether the transaction is local or international.
In addition to standard payment processing fees, a fixed ZMW 2.00 platform fee is charged per ticket to support the maintenance and development of TicketHUB ZM services. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout and applies to all purchases.
All processing charges are transparently shown during the payment process, either deducted from the ticket amount or added to the buyer’s total depending on the event organizer’s configuration.
